Craig was wonderful. We had the absolute worst circumstances; moving out of a rental sooner then expected, mortgage broker issues, moving deadlines, weather and some family problems all bundled into one. Craig was so helpful, honest and really went the extra mile to make sure we had help getting whatever we needed and made sure we were being treated appropriately by all involved. He was a wealth of knowledge that saved us so much money, AND found us the most perfect house for us, in the school district we wanted. It is literally everything we wanted in our budget and where we wanted it in record time. I could not have asked for more.

We have sold two homes with Craig as our agent. His guidance was invaluable, from what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale to paperwork to closing. I highly recommend him.
